Reports To: Service Operations Manager
Schneider Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our HVAC Mechanical and Building Automation Systems Service Department.
This role is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of service projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
This position reports full-time to our West Chester, OH office.
This is not a remote position or work-from-home.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Development
* Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
* Track progress against key milestones and adjust plans as needed.
Material Purchasing and Procurement
* Manage procurement of materials and equipment through internal systems and approved external vendors.
* Ensure purchase orders are accurately created, tracked, and fulfilled in alignment with project timelines.
* Collaborate with supply chain and vendor management teams to resolve delivery issues and optimize procurement processes.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid project delays.
Resource Management
* Coordinate and allocate resources (personnel, materials, equipment) to meet project goals.
* Support budget tracking and ensure alignment with financial plans.
* Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Team Coordination and Leadership
* Facilitate effective communication within project teams and with external stakeholders.
* Organize and lead project meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items.
* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
* Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
* Prepare regular status reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and deviations.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, invoices, and records.
Risk and Issue Management
* Identify and escalate risks that may impact project success.
* Assist in developing and implementing mitigation strategies for identified risks and issues.

About the Sales Manager Position
As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
Guide for families and older adults - You'll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player - You'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner - You'll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications & Skills
We'd love to talk if you have the following:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
* Valid driver's license
* Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
Senior Living experience preferred
* Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
