This role is responsible for the receipt and execution of customer orders throughout the order to cash process.
In this role you will lead communication with internal/external partners and build and maintain key business relationships.
You will ensure the accounts you manage operate within the outlined company order management guidelines and help address any service issues that may occur.

Responsibilities:
* Compile and calculate data for fee proposal development.
* Manage contract administration.
* Project system set-up, maintenance, and close-out.
* Resource planning assistance and project revenue projections.
* Provide project reporting to the PM and the project team; including budgets, spent and planned labor, and expenses.
* Analyze and communicate project performance to PM and leadership.
* Ensure project insurance remains current and within the guidelines of the project contract.
* Consultant coordination; including set up, contracts, insurance compliance, and expense tracking.
* Facilitate the monthly billing process and serve as a liaison between Accounting, Market Analyst, and PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be proactive and organized with excellent analytical skills, be detail and deadline-oriented, and be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, problem solvers, able to work individually and as part of a team under strict deadlines, and have excellent people and skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Candidates must be experienced in basic business accounting and project management functions.
Must have Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience using VantagePoint and Microsoft Project is a plus.
