Our Secure Power team focuses on servicing critical data center equipment.
We are the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) service provider for APC (American Power Conversion)/Schneider Electric equipment.
As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
* Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment

Who We're Looking For
* A recent graduate or in your final year of study
* Studying Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic) or a related discipline
* Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
* A strong problem solver with great communication skills
* Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)
* Aligned with Schneider Electric's IMPACT Values
Eligibility
You must:
* Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian PR, or
* Hold Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) with at least 2 years validity remaining at the time of application
* Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2024, 2025, or 2026

Role Purpose
The Cluster Supply Chain Operations Leader is accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance across a defined cluster of countries, with a primary focus on procurement, supplier management, and supply continuity.
The role ensures that sourcing strategies, supplier governance, and risk management effectively support business growth, margin protection, and reliable execution.
Procurement acts as the primary value and risk-management lever for the role.
Logistics responsibilities are secondary, focused on governance, alignment, and escalation of in-country logistics activities to ensure consistency with sourcing strategy and customer commitments.
Day-to-day logistics execution remains within country teams.
The role operates in a complex matrix environment, partnering closely with Global, Regional, and Country stakeholders, and serves as the senior Supply Chain Operations representative at cluster level.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Value Leadership (Primary Accountability)
* Define and deploy Country/cluster-level procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with global category direction and business priorities.
