Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Field Service Installer based out of our Tampa location.
We're currently looking for 6:00AM to 2:30PM shift, working Monday through Friday with flexability based on business needs.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Lead Field Service Installer, you will be responsible for performing installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment at customer accounts.
Lead field service installers will assist with the coaching, training, development, and onboarding of new members of the field service teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Maneuver equipment in order to perform all mechanical services on fountain equipment including preventative maintenance
* Maintain positive customer relationships
* Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards
* Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory
* Position requires flexibility.
Weekends and holidays may be required.
* Coach, train, and develop fountain installer's technical skills in the field during ride- alongs
* Train and support new fountain installers.
* Train and support sales associates in basic fountain install knowledge.
* Backfill and support for Field Service Supervisor's paid time off.
* Accident investigation point person when Field Service Supervisor is unavailable.
* Technical subject matter expert for complex installations
