PRIMARY FUNCTION :
The purpose of this PART TIME position is to deliver parts.
It also has a responsibility to promote a positive image of Gregory Poole to our customers.
Deliver parts on a daily route, with 4 to 6 stops.
Route should be completed in 4 hours using 1/2 ton and 1-ton trucks and vans.
Hours 6:30 am to 11:00 am may vary day to day depend on the number of stops.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Pickup and delivery of parts.
* Maintaining parts delivery truck.
* Notify Parts Manager of any delivery vehicle issues
* Presenting paperwork/ documents to customers and reviewing it.
* Notify Parts Manager of any customer issues.
* Maintain Daily pickup/ delivery log
* Maintain Time records.
* Make special Deliveries as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience :
At least six months in customer service interface.
Customer delivery experience is an additional positive.
Physical :
Must be able to routinely lift hydraulic parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
without assistance from others or using mechanical equipment.
Other :
Must have an acceptable and valid N.C.
driving record.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Maintains overall yard security by properly receiving/disbursing equipment and greeting and referring customers for assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Greets all incoming customers arriving in the equipment yard.
* Inquires about customer's interest and directs the customer to the appropriate sales or rental representative.
* Controls incoming and outgoing equipment by greeting and directing drivers.
* Loads and unloads equipment for repair/service rentals, returns or pick-ups, new & used sales, etc.
* Maintains yard in a neat and orderly fashion by properly arranging equipment for display by scraping yard and removing trash or scrap metals.
* Maintains on a PC daily gate logs of all machine transactions and disburses it to appropriate GPEC personnel.
* Performs routine equipment preparations such as cleaning, checking and filling fluid levels and performing minor adjustments.
* Accounts for attachments inventory by stamping and updating inventory information into DBS.
* Takes digital photographs of used equipment on the yard and outgoing rentals and downloads onto the GPEC network drive and CATUSED.com.
* Transfers miscellaneous equipment items to other branches using the GPEC transportation system.
* Maintains records of Cat Finance machines and secures proper authorization for machine departures from Caterpillar.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education :
GED/ High School graduate preferred; must have ability to read and comprehend written information and understand verbal directions.
Work Experience :
* Demonstrates and communicates genuine customer service skills.
* Has operated or can quickly learn to operate various construction and industrial equipment.
* Ability to read and comprehend shipping information and follow through on verbal communications.
Physical :
Has physical ability to climb upon and operate equipment numerous times on a daily basis.
Other:
Must have beginner/intermediate PC exposure to enter basic information into mainly MS software.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provides functional support for the user community and D365 development team in the design, development, configuration and testing of ERP Finance and Accounting modules.
Works on multiple functional tasks that tend to be of medium technological complexity.

* Responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
* Has a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions.
* Responsible for the identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes.
* Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
* Analyze any information that is gathered in process reviews, using Six Sigma process tools gained during Black Belk training, as it relates to the current and future business needs of GPEC.
Assist in developing recommendations for utilizing processes to take full advantage of the capabilities of the ERP and/or associated systems to streamline operations in the Business Unit.
* Assist management in determining reporting needs and writing project requests.
Participate with the computer programmers in designing and testing reports that meet the needs of the user.
* Analyze, develop and conduct training courses that will be necessary to ensure all employees are trained in a manner that makes them fully capable of doing their job with the ERP System.
