SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Supervisor, Behavioral Health Services, the Counselor will provide counseling services to both adult and children who are experiencing behavioral and emotional difficulties.
The scope of services may be provided either in an individual, group, or family setting.
You will utilize a team focused treatment plan approach to provide clients with exceptional therapeutic intervention services.
HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED
* Conduct individual, group, or family therapy for both adults and children.
* Actively engage in supervision with your BH Supervisor.
* Assist clients in preparing and presenting treatment program work material.
* Maintain client charting in accordance with Medicaid, JCAHO, ODADAS, ODMH, CARF and professional standards.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Valid unencumbered LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LIMFT or LMFT License in the state of Ohio required.
* American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
* Competency in the treatment of mental health and/or substance use disorders within the context of individual, group, couples and family systems therapy.
* Experience collaborating with other team members to optimize outcomes clients.
* Familiarity of state and federal healthcare regulations.
* Awareness of community and state support resources for population served.

SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to Chief Medical Officer, under the direction of the site-level Associate Medical Director and the Medical Director of Psychiatry, the Nurse Practitioner Resident, Psychiatry receives dedicated mentorship and education for one year to learn to provide compassionate, supportive, patient-centered psychiatric medical care to our patients.
The Nurse Practitioner Resident, Psychiatry works diligently to help improve the daily lives of patients by providing evaluations/consultations, diagnosis, monitoring of progress, and pharmacologic and other behavioral health treatment services.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Establish Sitech as an aggressive distributor of Trimble Civil Engineering & Construction products and services that enhance safety and productivity in our customers' workplace.
Maintain existing customer base while developing new customers by aggressively representing Sitech and the equipment and services offered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Internal duties
* Responsible for sales of new equipment and services within designated territory.
* Represent Sitech and its products and services to all present and potential customers.
* Develop customer preference for Sitech products and services in a manner consistent with the Sitech and GPEC mission statement.
* Prepare all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner, including price reports, quotes, call reports, expense reports, worksheets, and sales reports.
* Pursue new customers by working with GPEC and other distributors by selling them Trimble and other technology products to establish relationships while increasing SITECH revenue
* Utilize construction jobs tracking data (Dodge Reports) and internal GPEC customer products delivery data to develop and qualify new sales prospects for construction technology products and services.
