Interested in making a difference in the lives of children and families? In the Executive Assistant role, you'll perform a full range of administrative duties in support of the VP of Operations, Senior Director of Field Operations, and our field teams!

Responsibilities:



* Maintain and coordinate complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports; virtual meeting management and maintaining computer related hardware and software systems.


* Support the creation and editing of executive reports and presentations.

Collect and manage monthly business review data.


* Handle tracking of portfolio realignments, new site openings, and community partnerships.

Support the Salesforce contracting process and approval as needed.


* Provide administrative support to members of the department in an efficient and professional manner, including but not limited to preparing general correspondence and reports.


* Assist with preparation and maintenance of updated documentation to facilitate training of staff and other key partners on department projects, processes, and strategies.


* Model courteous, professional, and helpful customer service by taking ownership of issues referred to the department, guiding them to the appropriate individual or resource, and following up to ensure resolution.


* Foster and maintain effective partnerships with internal customers, ensuring that there is a high level of engagement and support across all functions.


* Coordinate IT/Facilities support for computer, office equipment, and maintenance issues.


* Other duties and projects to be assigned; occasional travel could be required.

Qualifications:



* Four-year college degree preferred.


* Minimum 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting executives/leaders.
