The Licensing Specialist supports Channel Exchange's sales efforts by providing expert guidance on Microsoft software licensing.
Acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, the Specialist helps identify appropriate licensing solutions, ensures compliance, and assists in negotiations.

Essential Job Duties:
* Focus primarily on Microsoft Licensing opportunities across new, upgrade, and renewal deals.
* Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with existing clients and assist in developing new business.
* Support internal teams and customers on complex licensing scenarios, ensuring optimal solutions.
* Respond to inquiries related to Microsoft Licensing, including troubleshooting provisioning and activation issues.
