The main responsibility of the Data Steward is to ensure our customers' covered products and entitlements are properly set up in the system to allow for seamless contract execution.
This problem solver is proactively mitigating potential issues and ensuring data integrity.
Data Steward Responsibilities:
• Align customers purchased products to the proper contract in Salesforce.
• Manage customers digital entitlements copying them from our platform(s) into the customers profile in MySchneider
• Resolve any data inaccuracies in Salesforce and MySchneider
• Ensure assets set up in Salesforce aligns with the Connected Services App
• Fulfill other standard data requests, data validation, data entry, data quality reporting, data cleanup.
• Support contract managers and Customer Success Managers
• Fulfill ad hoc reports and provide assistance to local team whose work is in line with the Digital Services objective.
