Primary Functions: This position provides leadership for all nursing associates at NCCJ, including strategic planning, continuous improvement, ensuring evidence-based care delivery, benchmarked quality patient service and outcomes and impetus for change when necessary.
This position is responsible for the ongoing development of the shared governance model for Nursing.
This position works collaboratively with the Chief Nurse Executive and all Nursing Leaders as well as Administrators, Medical Leadership and physicians.
This position role models Nemours Standards of Behavior and actively supports Nemours Mission Vision and Values.
Essential Functions:
Assure the nursing staff provides quality, family-centered patient care through setting the criteria for entry into practice, making the final determination regarding hiring new staff, monitoring the privileging process, ensuring job descriptions reflect national standards of nursing practice, overseeing the evaluation process, and being the principal participant in all corrective action, counseling or termination of any nurse to ensure the continued competency of the professional staff.
Will participate in sustaining the continued growth of a community-based model of pediatric nursing care and setting community standards for pediatric nursing.
Will serve as the organizational liaison for NCCJ/Fl nursing on a community, state and national level.
Will maintain an overview of the nursing services within the organization and evaluate the effectiveness of those services as they impact and relate to patient care within the organization and the community.
Will make decisions on the allocation, distribution and assignment of nursing resources, as well as the adequacy of support for clinical nursing activities.
Will participate in all dialogue and decision-making regarding budget and salary structure for nursing in collaboration with the Chief Nurse Executive FL and NCCJ Practice Administrator and Medical Director.
Promotes the ongoing development of Nursing Shared Governance to maximize the engagement of Nurses in evidence based Nursing practice.
Encourages the development of research ideas and testing research hypotheses in the delivery of care of pediatric patient populations, modifying Nursing practice based on research findings as appropriate and sharing such to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of pediatric healthcare through publication and presentation at appropriate seminars, meetings, and symposiums

This position comes with a sign-on bonus available for new associates!!! The schedule is about 50%-75% night shift.
The APP reports to and functions directly under the supervision of the attending surgeon.

Les Maroquineries des Alpes, est composé de 3 manufactures situées à Belley (Ain), Aix les Bains (Savoie) et Les Abrets en Dauphiné (Isère) et d'une école de formation à Fitilieu (Isère).
Dans le cadre d'une mobilité interne, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines pour le site de Belley.
Chaque Maroquinerie emploie aujourd'hui près de 300 salariés, dont 260 artisans (table, piquage et coupe).
Le poste de RRH au sein de nos Maroquineries, a une dimension généraliste.
Alliant à la fois une approche opérationnelle forte et une vision stratégique, le RRH contribue au développement du site en véritable binôme avec le Directeur de production dans le cadre d'enjeux de performance et d'épanouissement des équipes, de santé, de dialogue social, et de polyvalence.
Ce poste nécessite une bonne capacité d'écoute, d'analyse et d'assertivité.
Finalité du poste
En lien étroit avec la DRH du Pôle à qui il/elle est rattaché(e) et le Directeur de production, le/la RRH prend en charge la gestion RH opérationnelle (gestion des recrutements, pilotage du plan de formation, suivi individuel, gestion des instances représentatives) et participe activement au développement du site (gestion de projets, conduite du changement, accompagnement et développement managérial, développement du dialogue social ..), en s'inscrivant dans les valeurs de la Maison.
