Electrical Testing Supervisor
Experience time: 5 years as Quality Engineer, Technical Antena, Testing Engineer with experience in electrical testing for Switchboards (LV / MV)
Key Responsibilities:
To supervise, coordinate, and perform electrical testing activities on Schneider Electric switchboards and Masterpact and Powerpact circuit breakers , ensuring proper operation, safety, and compliance with UL, NETA standards and Schneider Electric requirements, prior to equipment release or customer acceptance.
Assist in translating Schneider Electric global standards into site-specific procedures and work instructions.
Quality System Start Up Support implementation of process based and risk based thinking in line with ISO 9001 assist in defining process flows, SIPOC, KPIs, and quality records during ramp-up.
Support readiness for first-time certification audits.
* Supervise and execute electrical testing for a single Schneider Electric switchboard in accordance with approved procedures.
* Plan and conduct NETA ATS / NETA ECS-based testing for low-voltage switchboards.
* Perform and validate electrical and functional tests on Schneider Electric Masterpact and Powerpact breakers.
* Review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and protection settings.
* Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety SE425 procedures (LOTO, PPE, energized work rules).
* Prepare and review detailed test reports, documenting results and deviations.
* Identify nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions with Quality engineers, engineering and production teams.
* Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers or third-party inspectors.
* Ensure all testing aligns with Schneider Electric specifications and quality standards.
* Ensure the testing traceability information reports for every SWBD and breaker tested.
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor quality engineers and test and quality technicians in a growing organization
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and competency development of the technician.

What will you do?
The Associate Client Development Manager Sustainability Services role is market-facing, and responsible for selling our Sustainability Services consulting and technology offerings to the executive levels of CPG companies within an assigned market segment.
We enable our clients to drive continuous business performance improvement by merging our sustainability expertise with the industry's finest technology.
This role is critical to helping our clients and prospects construct a successful Climate Change / Climate Risk program built upon a firm foundation of immutable data and then ensure they attain emission-reduction targets by leveraging Schneider's efficiency, renewable energy and supply chain sustainability services.
* Work - in collaboration with our Inside Sales lead generation team - to uncover new business opportunities with targeted accounts through prospecting, networking, qualifying and closing techniques
* Prospect and convert leads into profitable and ongoing business relationships
* Work with Schneider Electric's portfolio of offerings to develop customized solutions that address the customer's business needs
* Understand our customers' long-term strategic business needs while building long-term relationships - higher and wider - within their organization; a key focus is on selling new solutions to existing clients
* Lead the development of sales proposals.
Enlists the support of solutions architects and operations specialists, implementation resources, delivery resources, and other sales and management resources as needed -- either proactively or in response to RFPs
* Meet targeted personal performance goals as determined by leadership
* Negotiate and close contracts for Climate Change, Climate Risk, Supply Chain and other sustainability services offerings at the enterprise levels of some of the world's greatest companies
