Overview:
The successful candidate will work with the design of electrical power distribution systems involving protective relays, PLC controls, and power monitoring using computer aided design tools to design one-lines, three-lines, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and physical layouts of the medium voltage electrical products and equipment (2.4-38kV) serving the ANSI/IEEE, UL, North American Market.
This role is responsible for providing all aspects of customer support.
Consults on application of products and solutions with end users, consultants, and contractors as well as Schneider Electric sales, quotation, and project execution teams.
Works closely with factory support functions (production, supply chain, purchasing, and customer service) to provide the best experience to our customers.

Contexte
Au sein de la branche Industrial Automation de Schneider Electric qui développe des solutions d'automatisme industriel et logiciels associés, vous rejoindrez la fonction Satisfaction Client et Qualité et une équipe multiculturelle.
Vous interviendrez directement dans notre Programme d'Amélioration de la Qualité chez nos Clients.
C'est pourquoi nous recherchons un.e étudiant.e en Master ou Ingénieur "Business Intelligence/Artificial Intelligence & Analytics".
Missions
Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
* L'amélioration des Outils d'Analyse :
+ Améliorer et/ou construire les outils de suivi et d'analyse (Dashboard) de la Performance du Support Clients, en incluant les " Hot Topics ", ainsi que celle des Centres d'Expertise produits (réponse aux Cas Experts et aux Analyses Techniques des produits retournés par les Clients) du processus Qualité I2P (Issue to Prevention).
+ Assurer auprès des Lines of Business le déploiement et l'utilisation des Dashboards Tableau (Business Intelligence).
* L'analyse de la Performance :
+ Analyser les résultats de la Performance et mettre en évidence des tendances, des problématiques et des raisons systémiques afin de proposer des actions d'amélioration.
* La Communication :
+ Contribuer à l'amélioration des différentes communications relatives aux activités principales en lien avec les outils BI/AI et à la collecte du contenu mensuel des Performances du Processus Qualité I2P.
* Contribuer à la mise en place du " GenAI " relatif aux cas d'utilisation suivants :
+ Classifier les questions techniques (tickets) des Clients (Effet et Symptômes).
+ Analyser les catégories des " verbatims " Clients (Voix du Client).
+ Contribuer à la mise en place des cas d'utilisation GenAI dans le processus I2P.
+ Contribuer activement au PoC (Proof of Concept), influençant les décisions, le développement, les tests et le déploiement de son utilisation auprès des Lines of Business.
+ Rédiger les Guides d'utilisation.

Profil Recherché
Diplôme préparé en alternance : Master MIAGE ou Ingénieur Spécialité en Analyses de données et outils associés
