Job Summary:
CooperSurgical is a globally provider of more than 600 products, each with a focus on improving the health of women, babies, and families.
Additionally, CooperSurgical is a Premier Provider of Medical Devices, Fertility and Genomics Solutions.
This position ensures smooth operation of facilities and building systems for the Los Angeles + Los Altos CSI buildings, including, but not limited to process water system, HVAC system, Laboratory support, incoming power, water supply, air compressed system, building maintenance, fire protection system, sanitary system, and the cleaning and janitorial service.
This position will oversee contracts, supervise technicians, cleaning personnel, external contractors, and an internal preventative maintenance system; maintaining an overall plan to execute on preventative and emergency actions.
Address minor and major facility and equipment problems, ensuring optimum service and functionality.
This position will also support facility related projects + upgrades at other 11 CSI gamete locations, in conjunction with local property management at those sites.
This includes remote support as well as on-site support at those US locations (if there is a major facility project or upgrade required).
As a Facilities Manager for our Los Angeles + Los Altos location, you will be a proactive data driven individual with the ability to juggle multiple activities and projects.
You will also provide support to the other CSI Gamete locations throughout the U.S., as needed.
This position is full-time, on-site based out of Los Angeles and estimated 15% domestic travel, as needed.
