Maximus is currently hiring a Case Management Team Lead to support the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Maximus conducts conflict-free assessments for adults who have intellectual and development disabilities on behalf of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Maximus Assessors use the Coordinated Assessment System (CAS) comprehensive assessment tool to identify the strengths, interests, and needs of these children and youth, information that assists Care Coordination Organizations (CCO) in their person-centered care planning.
As a Case Management Team Lead, You will lead and support technical operations, assist in training initiatives, and monitor calls to ensure staff consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate has experience with CANS/CAS projects, including expertise in assessment tools, data analysis, and implementation within behavioral health or social services settings.
