Obiettivi e responsabilità della posizione
La risorsa, in riporto al Packaging Manager, farà parte del team che opera, a livello Corporate, nell’ambito delle attività del Marketing Operativo per il Gruppo Mapei.
Principali attività:
* Collaborazione nella gestione operativa delle attività di creazione/ verifica, modifica e finalizzazione delle richieste di Packaging dei prodotti pervenute dall’Italia e dalle Consociate estere
* Gestione delle richieste di sviluppo imballi e relative grafiche
* Verifica di testi e traduzioni ed eventuale correzione delle informazioni contenute negli imballi dei prodotti, nel rispetto dei requisiti normativi interfacciandosi con le Funzioni coinvolte e con le filiali italiane ed estere per l’area di competenza
* Verifica degli esecutivi di stampa dei vari fornitori e coordinamento con il Packaging Manager per l’approvazione delle proposte finali di imballo
* Archiviazione dei progetti approvati e conclusi
Requisiti richiesti:
* Laurea in Marketing e/o in Mediazione Linguistica Internazionale o affini
* Si valutano profili neolaureati o con minima esperienza di 1/2 anni nell’area Packaging maturata in realtà aziendali mediamente strutturate
* Richiesta una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, gradita conoscenza di una seconda lingua
* Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
* Buone doti relazionali e comunicative, flessibilità operativa, problem solving, team working, precisione, orientamento al cliente interno e capacità di interfacciarsi con diversi interlocutori

Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred. Free machine of any objects that interrupt its operation. Inspect machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications. Notify the department supervisor or quality control personnel when there is a problem with quality. Assist with forming, labeling and sealing (taping) boxes. Remove small quantities of plastic with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts. Answer bells accordingly. Notify the department supervisor or maintenance personnel if adjustments need to be made to machine controls and guides. Report potential safety problems to department supervisor and maintain a clean work area. Identify non-conforming parts. Work overtime as required. Maintains a regular and reliable level of attendance. Interacts with co-workers in a cooperative and professional manner. Adheres to company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, knee l or crouch.
Bi-manual dexterity required.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
