POSITION TITLE: Field Compliance Inspector DEPARTMENT: MVI Field Services REPORTS TO: Regional Compliance Manager DESCRIPTION: Perform visual inspections of Underground Storage Tank (UST) Systems and Fuel Pumps at major convenience store chains, in accordance with Federal, State, and other applicable UST Regulations, as well as within client requirements.
Represent and promote MVI Field Services in a courteous and cordial manner, building client confidence and maximum efficiency for the business.
Extremely flexible position with autonomy.
NO previous experience is required, all inspectors will be properly trained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to drive and maintain company service truck.
This includes a clean driving record and the ability to store a company vehicle at your home Ability to travel overnight approx 3 nights per month (company absorbs expenses) Be in possession of a valid U.S.
driver's license Complete Class A/B Operator training and certification Remain current on State and Federal EPA USTS requirements Inspect Underground Storage Tank Systems (USTS) and fuel facilities for compliance with UST regulatory requirements Replace components and parts such as decals, gaskets, riser caps and manway covers, etc.
Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good operating condition, including having vehicle serviced for preventative maintenance Keep abreast of changes to equipment manufactures specifications and State UST Regulations Develop a working knowledge of client Underground Storage Tank Systems (USTS) components Responsible for following company expense policy and submitting all itemized receipts for expenses by the 7th of each month Submit all reports timely and accurately, including monthly schedules and expenses in the appropriate software systems Ability to meet with clients and state regulators MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Must be able to kneel, stand, lean, bend and/or sit while working Basic computer skills, and ability to navigate applications on Smart Phones Must be able and willing to work in an outdoor environment.

Position Overview:
The Planner/Buyer is a highly visible position of executing stock replenishment, reviewing inventory controls, planning/scheduling work orders and sales orders, special order procurement requirements, and open order management processes to deliver essential purchasing services to internal customers and ultimately the end user.
The scope of this position encompasses supporting the day-to-day procurement and manufacturing needs of the Bray Knife Gate Line.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement and replenishment of assigned products
• Maintain timely and accurate order acknowledgments and supplier promise dates
• Review and take action daily on critical need items for assigned responsibilities
• Meet and exceed defined performance goals
• Expedite/follow up on open purchase orders to maximize stock availability and ensure timely delivery of product
• Support sales, production, and other key internal customers on purchasing and inventory needs
• Schedule and execute sales orders and work orders to meet required customer delivery needs
• Proactively be engaged with suppliers to negotiate and resolve performance issues that may impact costs, customer service, or quality
• Ensure compliance with standard policies, procedures, internal audit, and quality management processes
Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
* Bachelors Degree
* Understanding and basic knowledge of MRP systems and their functionality.
* Exposure to and experience working within a manufacturing or high volume industrial distribution environment.
