Position Description :
The key role of the maintenance planner is to own the maintenance plan for their area of responsibility.
The planner works across short-, medium- & long-term planning horizons to develop & deliver the maintenance plan, aligning resource & timing requirements with Engineering and Production partners make sure maintenance tasks are planned according to department objectives & executable on time in full.
The maintenance planner pulls together the plan of work for all tasks in partnership with engineering colleagues.
The planner will detail out the task list needed in sequential order, appropriate maintenance procedures, known required parts and specialist tools and resources, craft requirements with time estimates, retest requirements, specifications, safety, Quality and environmental requirements needed to perform the work.
* Short, medium & long term maintenance planning
* Build and publish weekly schedule (in liaison with operations) & maintain changes to plan on a daily basis
* Develop cost estimates for planned & corrective work as appropriate
* Maintain long term maintenance plan identifying outage requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Production stakeholders to ensure PM due dates are achieved
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager in preparing turnaround plans for large outages

• Load material, draw material down to size, adjust tooling, verify machine settings based on production orders.
• Monitor machine operation continuously; make adjustments, troubleshoot malfunctions, perform minor maintenance.
• Read and understand tool layouts, part prints, and part progression layouts.
• Collaborate with team members on machine setups, tooling changes, and operational requirements.

The employee operates a front end loader by driving the equipment in a similar fashion as an automobile.
The operator manipulates levers and joysticks which control the clamping, lifting and releasing of the loader clamps.
The main function of the loader operator is to move 8’long logs that range from 6” diameter to 60” in diameter.
The operator must keep the bunks of the Bucksaw emptied on a regular basis.
The operator approaches the bunks and manipulates levers to open the clamp and drive into the bunk.
Once the forks are full of blocks the operator manipulates the levers to close the clamps and to lift the blocks clear of the bunk.
The Operator works with the supervisor to determine whether the blocks are loaded into the steam vats or if they are to be stacked on the ground
The employee loads the steam vats by driving the machine into the steam vat tunnel and manipulates levers to release the blocks from the clamps of the Front End Loader.
Once there is enough wood in the vat the operator positions the Loader in front of the pile and pushes the pile of blocks into the back wall of the vat which causes the blocks to stack higher.
This pushing process is done about every six lifts and is done up against the stacked blocks as the back wall will be behind the first set of pushed blocks.
Once the Vats are fully loaded, the operator exits the cab of the loader and walks to the vat operation area.
The doors of the vats are then closed and hot water is then turned on.
Based on shift operations individual Vats will be unloaded by the operator for peeling purposes.
This is performed by driving the loader into the vat and manipulating levers to open the clamps of the Front End Loader to fill the clamp with blocks.
The operator backs the loader out of the vat and drives the hot steamed blocks to the infeed of the Lathe.
The operator lifts the blocks in the air using levers to move the clamp of the loader up to place the blocks on the infeed conveyor chains.
The operator must monitor the peeler core bunk and empty as needed by following the same procedure as the Bucksaw bunk.
The peeler cores are taken to the core trailer area and loaded into the bunks on the core trailer.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Press Brake Operator is a member of the Sheet Metal team and is responsible for parts fabrication and material movement in a safe manner and ensuring the quality of parts.
The Press Brake Operator III works as member of the larger Fabrication team and may flex to any of the departments or work stations as volume dictates.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Owns personal and team safety.
Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times.
· Assist Senior Press Brake Operators to complete fabricated parts in a safe and quality conscious manner eliminating risk of damage
· Perform functions as a Press Brake Helper, be able to perform Press Brake preventive maintenance, and program and run simple parts.
· Perform material kitting function, proficiently operate the shear and be able to perform shear preventive maintenance.
· Assist changing dies and CNC tooling.
· Perform function of the drop off rack associated with focus on scrap reduction.
· Help keep equipment in good operating condition.
· Meet daily production goals as assigned by the Team Leader or Station Leader
· Replenish supplies other consumables
· Actively learn all skills necessary to become a world class Press Brake Operator
· Follow all safety requirements regarding tools and PPE
· Actively acquire skills and ability to support the highest quality standards.
· Flex to other areas as needed demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to team success
· Perform all other tasks as directed by the supervisor
NATURE & SCOPE
Press Brake Operator reports to the Station Leader or Team Leader of the Sheet Metal Department, or a more senior Press Brake Operator as assigned by the Supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Read a tape measure and perform basic fractional calculations
· Competent in reading blue prints and reference drawings
· Competent in the use of critical measurement equipment including: micrometers, tape measures, dial calipers, square, protractor, and micrometer.
· Ability to access necessary information from fabrication data bases, as well as make date entries.
· Knowledgeable of sheet metal quality standards and General Customer Expectations standards
· Know how to correctly perform first part quality checks
· Ability to safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, and jib cranes as required
· Team work and collaboration
· Knowledge of Lean Basics, 5S standards, the Seven Wastes, and how their application.
· Knowledge of all safety requirements associated with tasks

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold.
The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.

The role will support the manufacturing and repairs of high-pressure turbine engine components.
The Engineer will be responsible for supporting ongoing production needs, developing new processes, improving existing processes associated with coating and welding technologies and will report regularly on project updates, lead, or participate in customer meetings, and regularly communicate with various internal departments.

Position Summary
The Shipping Supervisor is the primary leader for shipping employees, ensuring that finished goods are retrieved from production, stored, and loaded for outbound shipments.
