A Brief Overview
The Aerosol Technician ensures the cleanliness, operation, and maintenance of all gas house tools and
equipment.
This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency, addressing safety concerns, and upholding
quality standards within the gas house.
The Technician will collaborate with supervisors, maintenance teams,
and lead personnel to optimize operations and resolve downtime issues.
What you will do
· Conduct daily inspections for cleanliness, cGMP compliance, and operational readiness.
Perform
scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on gas house equipment.
Execute changeovers and
troubleshoot downtime issues.
· Maintain detailed downtime reports, action registers, and shift logs.
Document quality checks and ensure
all inspection processes are accurate
· Identify and correct product quality defects originating in the gas house.
Follow and enforce all safety
and GMP guidelines.
· Work with supervisors and lead personnel to address downtime and develop solutions.
Assist in training
new gas house personnel and provide support to line mechanics during repairs or changeovers.
