RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Greets and welcomes visitors upon arrival, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
* Provides professional, efficient, and approachable support and excellent customer service to students, visitors, and Stevens Community members.
* Accurately answers visitor questions regarding a wide variety of topics, including building, classroom, and office locations.
* Reports any safety concerns to the attention of Student Affairs On-Call staff and/or Campus Police.
* Reports urgent and non-urgent maintenance concerns.
* Performs any other duties as may reasonably be required.
* This position includes weekends and overnight hours.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
* Enrolled as a Stevens Graduate Student
* Passionate about providing an outstanding experience for students and visitors.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak and connect with our students and visitors.
* Must be responsible, flexible, punctual, and work well under pressure.
* Previous Customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel is in the heart of Bloomsbury just a 2 minute walk from Russell Square tube station where the Piccadilly line runs 24hrs a day on Fridays and Saturdays!
As a cocktail Waiter/Waitress we will support you to:

We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, someone who has extensive knowledge of drinks and cocktails and who feels comfortable talking to customers and making recommendations.
Ideally you will have gained your experience working in a 5 star hotel.
You understand what great customer service looks like and you are able to deliver or exceed the guests’ expectations when it comes to high standards.
You have a flexible approach to shifts, but it is important remember you will be finishing after midnight almost every day.
This is a part time role 24 hours per week.

Julios offers boutique coffee, a la carte breakfast, private dining/small conference functions, a casual lunch with colleagues during the week, or a relaxed dinner with friends and family.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
* Managing the operations of Julio’s restaurant and function rooms including Walsh (30 guests) and Grafton (15 guests)
* Directing, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 20 team members (made up of Team Leaders, Supervisors and Attendants).
* Support the team on the floor, leading by example and offering help and assistance where required to get the job done.
