Position Summary

The Program Manager leads strategic business programs that improve operational performance, portfolio effectiveness, and enterprise value creation.

This role partners with Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop roadmaps, define initiatives, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple business value streams.

The position provides program leadership for Demand Steering, and SKU Rationalization.

The Program Manager combines business analysis, business process ownership, program governance, resource planning, reporting, and continuous improvement while leading through influence in a matrix organization.

Location, Schedule and Perks: This position is based at our beautifully renovated headquarters in downtown Milwaukee, right along the Riverwalk, across from The Avenue, which is connected to 3 rd street market.

We offer secure paid underground parking, an onsite fitness center with a personal trainer, and direct access to over two miles of skywalks connecting you to restaurants, coffee shops, and other downtown amenities.

Our hybrid schedule includes working onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Steering


* Partner with Operations to develop, prioritize, and maintain the Demand Steering roadmap.


* Lead business analysis to define opportunities, clarify scope, evaluate dependencies, and convert roadmap priorities into executable initiatives.


* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing.


* Monitor program outcomes and facilitate decisions needed to maintain alignment, execution momentum, and business value.

SKU Rationalization


* Partner with Product Management to develop and maintain the SKU Rationalization roadmap.


* Lead business analysis supporting initiative scoping, portfolio simplification, cost reduction, and operational improvement.
