Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives.

In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.


* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.


* Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.


* Advanced knowledge of utility Customer Service operations, SAP utility system processes, query and reporting tools, and data analysis.


* Support business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation, operational reporting, and execution of departmental priorities.


* Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.



* Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
