IT Specialist

CordeValle is seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Specialist to support the technology operations of both CordeValle Resort & Golf Club and CordeValle Winery.

This mid-level technical position is responsible for providing intermediate to advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service across both properties.

The IT Specialist will support associates, management, members, and guests while helping maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, solutions-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting multiple business operations in a luxury hospitality and winery environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support across CordeValle Resort, Golf Club, and CordeValle Winery.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, server, printing, telecommunications, and connectivity issues.

Support hospitality, golf, winery, tasting room, food and beverage, administrative, and operational technology systems.

Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and deployment of hardware and software.

Perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring technical issues.

Information Security & Compliance Implement and maintain data security solutions across both properties.

Assist with PCI compliance requirements and protection of sensitive business and payment information.

Follow established IT security protocols, access controls, and data protection procedures.

Customer Service & End-User Support Provide timely and professional technical support to associates, management, members, and guests.

Respond to support requests in person, by phone, email, or through the designated ticket management system.

Train end-users on basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation.

Maintain clear communication regarding technical issues and resolution timelines.

Vendor & Systems Coordination Coordinate with third-party technology vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Document technical issues, resolutions, system changes, and maintenance activities.

Assist with technology projects, system upgrades, installations, and other assignments as directed by the IT Director.

Learn and support hospitality- and winery-specific applications and technology platforms.

Operational Support Provide IT support across all departments and operational areas of CordeValle Resort & Golf Club and CordeValle Winery.

Manage multiple support requests while maintaining responsiveness to business needs.

Provide emergency IT support coverage during business hours and, when necessary, after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT Director.
