Auto Parts PBE Outside Sales - NW Arkansas Region

The PBE Outside Sales is responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing PBE customers to increase sales of the Company’s automotive and industrial coatings products.

The salesperson makes routine sales calls and assists customers with technical information, color, and painting issues.

They continually build and promote the business through industry contacts and discovering new opportunities in the assigned markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* Work with Store Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and District Sales Manager to obtain and manage quality profitable business throughout the assigned territory.


* Ensure a working vendor relationship within the assigned area.



* Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of the company's automotive and industrial coatings products.



* Maintain consistent relationship with customers for continued growth.


* Cultivate the team with store managers by using and supporting staff to meet current customers' needs.


* Make sales calls on accounts and targets in assigned territory.


* Assist customers with technical information, color, and painting issues.


* Use tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in customer ordering and inventories.


* Continually develop skills through sales and leadership training


* Focus on customer file organization and communication using electronic media.


* Train store staff on new and existing products along with computer training


* Assist paint manufactures in customer installations.


* Travel may be required to accommodate business needs.


* Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.


* Other duties as assigned.
