HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician

Position: HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician Supervisor: Facilities Director Division: Reservation Services Administration Department: Building (Facilities) Responsibilities: The HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician performs routine preventive maintenance, inspections, basic troubleshooting, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving multiple government-owned or operated commercial buildings.

The position helps ensure HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, reliably, and in accordance with established maintenance schedules and facility requirements.

This position involves traveling between multiple facilities and working on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment and building systems.

The successful candidate should have practical mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures and safety requirements.
