Jr. IT Support Specialist

Energize your Career at SECO Energy! General Purpose of Job This entry-level position provides technical assistance to end users in supporting personal computers, mobile devices, computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and standard business software.

Under the guidance of experienced IT Support personnel and management, the Junior Information Technology Support Specialist performs routine equipment installations, software configurations, troubleshooting, and technical support activities.

This position is designed to develop foundational technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, customer service skills, and familiarity with SECO Energy's information technology systems and procedures.

The employee is expected to demonstrate progressive technical competency and increasing independence as experience and training are gained.
