We're looking for a motivated Installation Apprentice to join our installation and service team.

What You'll Do As an Installation Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water treatment equipment.

Responsibilities include: Assist with installing water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and water heaters.Dig trenches by hand or with approved equipment to prepare for underground water line installations and other plumbing-related work.Assist with running underground water lines and restoring work areas upon completion.Help load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the guidance of a lead technician.Perform basic plumbing-related tasks while learning industry best practices.Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.Complete required paperwork and job documentation.Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.Ability to work with hand and power tools.Ability to perform physically demanding work, including digging trenches, lifting up to 75 pounds, working in confined spaces, and standing, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors for extended periods.Comfortable working in various weather conditions.Mechanical aptitude or construction/plumbing experience is a plus but not required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningWillingness to further your career and/or trade licensing.

Preferred Qualifications Plumbing, HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience.Customer service experience.Experience using basic hand tools.
