Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced nurse leader to serve as Vice President, Chief Nursing & Patient Operations Officer, North Florida, overseeing nursing across our Jacksonville and Pensacola locations.

As Vice President, Chief Nursing & Patient Operations Officer, North Florida, you will bring together clinical vision, operational expertise, and a commitment to developing people to advance safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care across our North Florida clinical sites.

This is an opportunity to shape nursing and patient care strategy, champion innovative care delivery, and create an environment where nurses and allied health professionals can do their best work.

You will partner with regional and enterprise leaders and physician department chairs to turn that vision into measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, patient experience, workforce engagement, and financial performance.

You will report to the President, Nemours Children's Health, North Florida, with a matrixed relationship to the Enterprise Chief Nursing Executive and Patient Operations Officer and serve on the North Florida Executive Leadership Team.

Enterprise and regional leadership responsibilities may be optimized based on organizational need.

The North Florida scope of this role includes the Jacksonville and Pensacola regions.
