Work You'll Do

As a Change Management Workstream Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Lead on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Design and deliver end-user training, workshops, and software training guides with delivery teams


* Develop Help Desk strategy and provide end-user support and adoption communications before and after releases.


* Partner with the Design Workstream to conduct stakeholder interviews, gather feedback, and inform future requirements


* Develop and execute organizational change management and strategic communications plans, including stakeholder messaging, leadership briefings, and readiness activities


* Coordinate with Design, Agile, and Testing Workstreams to support releases; travel to military bases and allied exercises to deliver briefings and user support

Qualifications

Required:


* Associates degree


* Active Secret clearance required


* 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management (OCM) and strategic communications for information technology implementation projects delivered using Agile methods, including two-week sprints
