Consultant, Regulatory Change Management

Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will:


* Translate regulatory and executive-order requirements into actionable implementation options across policy, operations, governance, and stakeholder coordination.


* Break down requirements and map them to organizational responsibilities, processes, and decision points.


* Assess existing regulations, guidance, standards, policies, and operating procedures to identify alignment, gaps, and priority issues.


* Develop recommendations and supporting materials to address implementation considerations, risks, and process improvements.


* Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, maintain project plans, and track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 2+ years of experience supporting change and communications management, including preparing implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and adoption materials.


* 1+ years of experience analyzing policy, regulatory, or operational requirements and identifying implementation considerations, process gaps, and priority actions.
