Change Management Workstream Support Consultant - Active Secret Required

Work You'll Do

As a Change Management Workstream Support Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Support the development and execution of organizational change management and strategic communications plans, including stakeholder messaging and readiness activities.


* Conduct stakeholder interviews, document feedback, and coordinate with the Design Workstream to inform user needs and future requirements.


* Develop and deliver end-user training plans, materials, workshops, and software training sessions.


* Support Help Desk strategy and provide end-user support and adoption communications before and after releases.


* Coordinate with Design, Agile, and Testing Workstreams to support releases; travel to military bases and allied exercises to deliver briefings and user support.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Active Secret clearance required


* 3+ years of experience leading organizational change management (OCM) and strategic communications for information technology implementation projects delivered using Agile methods, including two-week sprints
