Job Description:

Analyst - Data Analytics & Visualization

Job Location - Pune

We are seeking a Analyst - Data Analytics & Visualization to transform complex data and business questions into actionable insights, intuitive analytics products, and compelling visual stories that enable better decision-making.

This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations to understand business priorities, define meaningful KPIs, analyze performance, and design high-quality dashboards and analytical solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong data analytics and visualization expertise with business acumen, curiosity, and effective storytelling skills.

The individual should be equally comfortable working with complex datasets, developing sophisticated Power BI/Tableau solutions, identifying business insights, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Business Intelligence

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Apply visualization, UX, and data storytelling best practices to translate complex data into intuitive, executive-ready insights.

• Develop effective KPIs, drill-downs, filters, and visual interactions that support business decision-making.

• Optimize dashboards and data models for performance, scalability, usability, and consistency.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and anomalies.

• Use SQL and Python/R for data extraction, transformation, analysis, validation, and automation.

• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations.

• Convert recurring analysis into scalable dashboards, automated reporting, and self-service analytics.
