What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities include:


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.


* Provide skilled therapy services to improve functional mobility and independence with activities of daily living (ADLs).


* Implement therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their highest level of independence.


* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.


* Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members.


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and strategies.


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.


* Participate in care planning and discharge planning.

What We're Looking For


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.


* Strong clinical skills, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.


* Passion for helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.


* Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.
