We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our leadership team.

This opportunity will primarily support our afternoon and evening operations, leading service within our signature restaurant, The Fireplace, while also providing leadership across the resort's bars, dining venues, and food and beverage outlets.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the floor, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, drive service excellence, and contribute to the commercial success of the department.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Food & Beverage Supervisor ready to take the next step within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include:


* Leading afternoon and evening food and beverage operations across The Fireplace and supporting resort outlets


* Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences


* Driving service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance across all areas


* Managing guest feedback, service recovery, and VIP experiences with professionalism and care


* Supporting labour management, productivity, and cost control initiatives


* Working collaboratively with Culinary, Front Office, and Events teams to deliver seamless service


* Ensuring compliance with RSA, workplace health and safety, and all operational standards


* Assisting with roster management, team engagement, and performance development


* Contributing to revenue growth through exceptional service delivery and operational excellence


* Leading by example and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture
