About the Role When the day crew heads home, our evening processing team takes over and we need a steady, hands-on leader to run the floor.

As Crew Lead, youll keep the shift organized, coach your team across every station, and make sure finished product is accurate, compliant, and ready to ship by close.

Youll lead by example, working the line right alongside your crew.

Pay That Grows With You Youll start at $17.63/hour during your 30-day training period.

Complete training successfully and your rate increases to $18.63/hour.

Once training is finished, youll receive your permanent schedule and position placement.

Leading the Shift Direct the crew: Partner with your supervisor to assign daily and weekly tasks, and keep track of attendance, breaks, and production rates.

Coach & develop: Train new and current crew members, evaluate their progress, and provide ongoing coaching.

Oversee production: Supervise pre-roll output along with the weighing and filling of concentrates, vape cartridges, and all-in-one disposables.

Inspect before it ships: Run quality control checks on outgoing product, verify final box counts, and confirm every order is accurate.

Get trucks out on time: Prioritize order pulls, keep drivers updated on truck status, and make sure carts are loaded to SOP.

Manage inventory: Keep counts accurate and labeled with compliance barcodes, track product in the online tracking system, and maintain compliant storage.

Plan ahead: Review sales menu templates and projections to build backstock for upcoming orders, and request supplies before they run low.

Protect the equipment: Make sure machinery is cleaned and kept in good working order, and escalate issues to management.

Stay informed: Monitor email, Basecamp, and the portal for announcements and order changes, and attend lead meetings.

Hand off the shift: Submit end-of-shift reports in Basecamp and pass clear, concise instructions to the next shifts leads.

Support personnel decisions: Share crew notes with supervisors and recommend performance, disciplinary, schedule, or position changes.

Set the standard: Hold the crew accountable for clean, organized work areas and the companys Standards of Conduct & Discipline.

Hands-On Production Work Pre-rolls: Operate grinding, pre-roll, and kief machines; infuse joints with distillate and kief; pack into tubes, jars, and tins with tamper strips and labels.
