What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership


* Partner with senior management to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic initiatives that support business growth and organizational objectives.


* Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, complete with milestones, KPIs, and measurable success criteria.


* Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support critical business decisions.


* Support the CCO in evaluating business opportunities, transformation initiatives, and operational improvements.


* Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and leadership meeting materials that communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Program & Project Management


* Lead a portfolio of strategic projects and programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.


* Coordinate cross-functional project teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.


* Establish project plans, governance, milestones, and reporting processes to maintain visibility and accountability.


* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively drive solutions to keep initiatives on track.


* Oversee project pipeline prioritization and provide regular updates on program performance, status, and outcomes.


* Continuously evaluate project effectiveness and adjust priorities and execution plans as business needs evolve.
