Cambria Hotel Rock Hill - University Center is seeking an active, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations in Rock Hill, SC.

You will work alongside associates, set clear expectations, and follow through to ensure great service.

From keeping daily operations running smoothly to supporting your team during a busy shift, your leadership will help create an experience guests want to return for.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation starts at $50,000.00 annually, with final compensation based on job-related experience, skills, and qualifications.

What You Will Do



* Lead by example: Work alongside restaurant and bar associates, providing clear direction and stepping in wherever needed.


* Keep daily operations running smoothly: Oversee food and beverage service, staffing, scheduling, supplies, and inventory while maintaining operational standards.


* Develop the team: Train and coach associates, reinforce standards, and build teamwork, dependability, and accountability.


* Own the guest experience: Stay engaged with guests, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain attentive, welcoming service.


* Maintain high standards: Coordinate with the kitchen, front desk, and hotel leadership while supporting food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service standards.

What You Bring



* At least two years of restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage experience


* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience


* Strong communication, organization, and follow-through


* A willingness to work alongside your team and take responsibility for results


* Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills


* High school diploma or equivalent

Hotel experience is preferred, but strong leaders from restaurant and bar operations are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Work Environment

This full-time, on-site position requires availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Work includes extended standing and walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying service supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.
