Position Responsibilities


* Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.


* Complete accurate and timely documentation.


* Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.


* Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all residents.


* Follow facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications


* Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio.


* Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.


* Strong communication and leadership skills.


* Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


* Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
