Project Accountant

As a Project Accountant, you'll be the financial project backbone to our project teams, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and insightful project reporting.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep our projects on track financially and help drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare owner billings: includes accumulation of subcontractor and vendor invoices, analysis of job cost, collaboration with project operation team, overall assurance of cost coverageManage subcontractor payments: includes monitoring of subcontractor compliance with required document submissions, and ensuring payment is not made until all required documents have been receivedAnalyze the financial performance of assigned projects and communicate any areas of concern to the appropriate partiesSupport project reporting processes: includes providing information to the project team concerning the financial aspects of the projects including status of payments from owner, status of payments to subcontractors/vendorsperformance of the project in relation to the budget.Additional duties as assigned
