Summer Intern - Customer Information Center (Call Center)

Rockland Trust is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Summer Interns to join our Customer Information Center (Call Center) team.

Work Locations: Brockton, Franklin, Lowell, or Plymouth, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: In-office

What You'll Do

As a Summer Intern, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while learning the ins and outs of retail banking and financial services.

Responsibilities include:


* Assist customers with questions related to banking products, services, online banking, loans, checking accounts, and more.


* Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-focused customer service.


* Help identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions.


* Build confidence navigating customer conversations and resolving inquiries.


* Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support customer and business needs.


* Participate in community outreach and volunteer activities that reflect Rockland Trust's commitment to giving back.


* Contribute to collaborative summer intern projects alongside fellow interns.
