WEB DEVELOPMENT WINTER/SPRING INTERNSHIP, NO SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CONTENT

This is an unpaid internship but will go toward college credit as well as gaining incredible experience in the arts industry.

The Web Development Intern will work on a variety of diverse and exciting projects including adding & editing content for our website and apps, using Photoshop to edit and post images and photo galleries.

This internship is geared toward students studying Information Technologies or a related field.

Responsibilities may include: Processing and adding event data to WordPress website as well as the Musikfest and Levitt app Resizing images, adding and formatting content Assist in the maintenance of the website Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities Assist the Senior Web Content Specialist as needed Interns will be required to work at least 16-24 hours per week, or as needed to fulfill credit requirements Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program Prior knowledge of WordPress, its functions and capabilities Working knowledge or proficiency with HTML and CSS Intern must be organized and detail oriented An interest or passion for the arts Able to set and adhere to strict deadlines Prior experience with web development is a plus
