Van Driver (NMT)

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Driver to provide safe, non-medical transportation for adults with developmental disabilities.

This role is essential in helping individuals access day programs, appointments, and community activities while ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.

What Youll Do Safely transport individuals to and from programs, appointments, and community outingsAssist passengers with boarding, exiting, seating, and securement (including wheelchair lifts and restraints)Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behavior support guidelines during transportConduct daily vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance concernsMonitor passenger health and safety and respond appropriately to incidents or emergenciesMaintain a clean, sanitary, and distraction-free vehicle environmentComplete required documentation including mileage, incident reports, and fuel receiptsCommunicate professionally with individuals, families, and team membersProtect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
