MEA Compliance Professional

Job Requirements

At Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics, we believe that behind every test tube, data point, and result is a person-a patient waiting for answers.

Every day, healthcare professionals face mounting pressure: more patients to care for, more samples to process, and more decisions to make, often under intense time constraints.

Our mission is rooted in closing that gap-between people and care, between uncertainty and clarity, and between diagnosis and action.

We stand beside people in some of the most sensitive, vulnerable, and life-defining moments they might ever face.

Our work is devoted to enabling knowledge and fostering empowerment.

While we cannot change the circumstances patients find themselves in, we can give them the most powerful resource available: knowledge.

As a global leader in in-vitro diagnostics, we support healthcare systems, laboratories, clinicians, and caregivers across the continuum of care.

Our solutions analyze biological samples to detect disease early, guide targeted therapies, monitor treatment effectiveness, and support prevention.

What does Legal & Compliance do?

To support Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics in its ambition to become THE enabler of healthcare diagnostics providers worldwide, Healthineers Compliance relies on the three pillars of the Siemens Healthineers Compliance System "Prevent-Detect-Respond".

Based on these three pillars "Prevent" (prevention of incidents), "Detect" (early recognition of issues) and "Respond" (appropriate response to suspicious circumstances) as well as a systematic continuous improvement process, Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics has established a system to achieve the target to be a recognized leader in Compliance and Transparency.

Each and every employee is an important element in the program, and is expected, by their conduct and support, to make a contribution to its success.

Join our Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics Compliance Team in Middle East & Africa.
