Flower Lead

Green Gold Group is seeking a Flower Team Lead to implement pest prevention and control programs, support flowering-stage plant maintenance, and help supervise compliant plant-waste handling within the cultivation department.

This position leads daily flower production activities which include pruning, canopy management, METRC plant identification, and safe, documented plant destruction.

The Flower Team Lead works with cultivation management and other department leads to maintain plant health, operational efficiency, and adherence to company SOPs.
