As a Healthcare Key Account Manager, you will drive profitable growth by managing commercial sales of Avient Specialty Engineered Materials rigid medical urethanes and Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) solutions to leading healthcare manufacturers.

The ideal candidate is driven to win, passionate about success, and motivated to build strong customer relationships that drive business growth.

You will partner with existing and prospective customers across the United States, Singapore, and Australia while serving as a trusted advisor and commercial leader within Avient's Healthcare market segment.

This role will require international travel and support evening and early morning meetings with customers in Asia, Australia, and the Pacific RimQualifications

What You Bring


* Bachelor's degree in Plastics or Polymer Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related discipline


* 5+ years of account management or sales experience in a manufacturing environment


* Prior healthcare industry sales experience


* Strong understanding of healthcare brand owners and OEMs within the Bio-Pharma tubing and Respiratory markets


* Ability to travel internationally and support evening and early morning meetings with customers in Asia, Australia, and the Pacific Rim


* Complex thinking skills with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions


* Technical aptitude specific to Medical Devices


* Professional presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills


* Ability to work independently with minimal training and oversight


* Ability to work autonomously on a day-to-day basis with little oversight


* Team-oriented mindset, with a focus on growing the business & yourself throughout your tenue with Avient
