The preferred location is Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ, or Spring House, PA with regular commuting to each.

This role may require up to 10% domestic travel.

The Finance Manager, IM R&D Portfolio Decision Support & Analytics will provide financial, strategic, and analytical leadership to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D, the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), and enterprise leadership teams.

This role serves as a key business partner in evaluating portfolio investments, optimizing resource allocation, and informing critical decisions that shape the long-term growth and value of the Innovative Medicine portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:


* Drive LRFP For R&D, partnering with therapeutic and functional area teams to deliver clear articulation of R&D investment requirements along with quantifying the impact on portfolio value and potential growth.



* Lead R&D Finance financial valuations processes, including driving consistent application of valuation techniques and guidelines across therapeutic areas.
