Role Overview:

The Associate Director, Pricing Strategy - Neuroscience will lead the development and execution of pricing and contracting strategies for assigned J&J Innovative Medicine Neuroscience products.

This individual will serve as the brand pricing lead, translating customer, competitive, policy, and financial insights into strategies that support patient access, sustainable growth, and optimal gross-to-net performance across payer and provider segments.

The role will also evaluate innovative and value-based contracting opportunities and influence decisions through close partnership with Brand, Finance, Legal, Contracting, HCC, and senior leadership

Role Responsibilities include:


* Develop and execute pricing strategies for in-line Neuroscience brands in partnership with Brand, Finance, Legal, Contracting, HCC, and other key stakeholders.
