Manager, Source-to-Contract, Americas

The Manager, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional Service Delivery, Source-to-Contract organization, delivers results in support of Global Services, One Procurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.

The role works directly with the business, category teams, and the broader function.

Additionally, the role contributes to and/or owns the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting activities, contract negotiations, and other critical functional activities.

The role works closely with business stakeholders, Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, and other key functions to support business objectives and deliver value across the Americas region.

The Manager, Source-to-Contract, works to identify and address the needs of internal stakeholders, contributes improvements to procurement strategies, and remains abreast of current market trends and developments impacting supported spend areas and business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.

• Manages operational aspects of the team, including workflow, performance, and compliance, and ensures achievement of team goals within established timelines.

Delivers against defined Service Levels.

• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and company policies, standards, and procedures.

• Partners with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
