🍳 Join Our Team as a Dietary Cook!

At our facility, great resident care starts with great food.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team and help provide nutritious, well-prepared meals to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Schedule

✅ Part-Time Position
✅ Every Saturday & Sunday
✅ Additional weekday Cook shifts may be available based on department needs

Pay

💲 $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities


* Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus and therapeutic diet orders


* Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment


* Follow portion control standards and dietary requirements


* Assist with food inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization


* Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure excellent service for residents

Qualifications


* Previous cooking experience in healthcare, long-term care, assisted living, hospitality, or food service preferred


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices


* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Dependable attendance and a positive attitude


* Must be available to work weekends
