Job responsibilities



* Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced data analytics skills to support operational initiatives and strategic decision-making.


* Utilize automation technologies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support the implementation of business strategies.


* Provide insights and recommendations to team members, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are aligned with project objectives for efficient and effective outcomes.


* Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful execution of projects.


* Leverage digital platforms and technological tools to improve processes, enhance customer interactions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.


* Use Alteryx for data cleaning and transformation, including joins, unions, parsing, deduplication, formatting, and workflow automation.


* Extract, clean, and analyze data with Python or SQL to support reporting and analytics.


* Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports in Tableau, covering KPIs, trends, drill-downs, filters, and parameters.


* Perform exploratory data analysis to find patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.


* Implement and maintain data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and validate schema and logic.


* Document metric definitions, data sources, assumptions, and transformation logic for transparency and repeatability.
