Job Description

HPE Networking is seeking a Strategy Manager to help define and drive high-impact, long-term strategies for the networking business.

This role will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to assess market dynamics, customer needs, technology shifts, competitive implications, business performance, and growth opportunities across enterprise, data center, cloud, AI, security, and service-provider networking.

As a member of the HPE Networking strategy team, you will conduct rigorous, data-driven analyses; develop recommendations for senior leadership; and help advance strategic initiatives, partnerships, investments, and potential mergers and acquisitions.

You will translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and work with business partners to move recommendations from analysis through execution.
